The front desk staff was incredibly helpful! 😊 The secure parking garage added peace of mind. The location offered easy access to Chur, making exploring simple.

The quilt did not fit the sheets, and the cable TV options were limited.

The room was clean and basic but showed signs of wear. the curtains were ripped and the desk had chips. Even though the hotel is a bit removed from the center, the free bus pass made commuting easy, with consistent service every 10 minutes. Limited hot water was a significant issue that impacted the overall comfort. The surrounding area offered plenty of fast food options, which was convenient for quick meals.

We had a wonderful stay with our relatives! The location was perfect for us, with fast food outlets and supermarkets just steps away. The room was clean, spacious, and we enjoyed the convenience of the guest card for free public transport and discounts on nearby cable cars to Arosa Lenzerheide Ski Resort.

My wife says that more plug sockets would make it easier for families.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is a good base for exploring activities like snowboarding at Arosa Lenzerheide Ski Resort. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. A bus station nearby made getting around hassle-free.
